Putin behaving like a pirate

Putin behaving like a pirate and not like the president of a sovereign state member of the UN security council
The question is whether Europe will deal appropriately with this kind of bad school behavior in  order to avoid more blood spill, insecurity and confusion  which is currently benefiting Putin's strategy to tear apart Ukraine and the whole of Eastern Europe Alliance with Nato.  The answer is simple, a pirate or a bad pupil needs a lesson when he breaks  rules by harming others and the only way is punishment to stop him from raiding over and over again.  The moment is coming to deter military actions  against a weaker state. Economics is not sufficient. A higher political impact comes from strong military defence to deter this kind of buccaneering  in Donetsk : masked men , hidden weapons, propaganda, are there only to undermine peace.  Strong mkilitary defence iof Ukraine is there to provide peace and stability
